The ideal candidate will meet directly with homeowners and business owners to inspect roofs and recommend practical, reliable solutions tailored to their specific needs. This role is hands‑on and customer‑focused, requiring strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
You’ll be responsible for generating new leads, following up with prospective customers, and guiding them through the process with confidence and professionalism. By educating customers on roofing systems, repairs, and replacement options, you’ll build trust and close deals by helping them protect one of their biggest investments.
What we’re looking for:

Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Sales experience is a plus (but we can train the right person)
• Valid driver’s license
Roof Maintenance Technician
• Perform roof inspections, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Identify potential issues before they become major problems
• Work safely and efficiently on residential and commercial roofs
• Represent the company professionally on every job
• Comfortable working at heights
• Hands-on, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Experience is a plus, but willing to train
• Valid driver’s license
